The patch doesn't work even on GNU/Linux, sorry.  Then, I changed
Chopstx a bit, and did multiple trials on Windows.  But, I couldn't
get any success.

I now understand it doesn't work on Windows, but I don't understand
the cause of this problem.

I'll check the CCID specification and keep experiment on Windows.
