Commited 3d5a776ab15a4ae6e17d91341a58eda3db09f700, which fixes the problem on Windows. Basically, it makes sure to generate interrupt transfer to notify host PC for card availability. It also fix descriptions of CCID features. I only tested on Windows Vista. Please share how it works on your environment. --
