[Gnuk-users] ECDH and EdDSA

In the rsa_4096_support branch (of git.gniibe.org), different kinds of
key are supported now.

RSA-2048 (default), ECDSA (with NIST P-256 and secp256k1), ECDH (with
NIST P-256 and secp256k1), EdDSA, and RSA-4096.

I haven't tested secp256k1 at all, yet.

Key generation is only supported for RSA-2048.

My plan is merging this branch to master and releasing 1.1.4 of Gnuk.
