[gopher] Mótsognir v0.99.1 is out

Hi,

A quick announcement, for whoever cares ;)
I released few minutes ago a new version of my gopher server "Mótsognir". The only difference between this version (v0.99.1) and the previous one (v0.99) is that I added native support for the caps.txt data announcement (using exactly the same format of caps.txt that the one which was described by Cameron few weeks ago).
