[gopher] Commandline WebRTC client

Greetings.

Thanks for the the offering to organise and host the gophercon.

As a side note: WebRTC is now built into bulky RAM‐eating software. Does
anyone know of some small commandline implementation which could be eas‐
ily  connected  to  some  smaller text browser like lynx? If not, then I
will have to look at the specs to have it implemented.
