[gopher] Future of this mailing list

A lurker of the list, not an active participant. Hosting on lists.debian.org
would at least provide perpetuity to the list.  Can't see Debian going
anywhere anytime soon.  USENET is fine for all the current list members as
we tend to be more technically inclined, but this will likely rule out the
younger generation from discovering gopher and this list, as they tend to,
on a whole, aren't even aware what is NNTP.
