How so? Iff a package provides the init config file and init-ng is
being used, that's what will happen. If no such init config file is
provided or init-ng is not installed, the init.d script is called.
If init-ng is installed but no config file exists, init-ng can still
try to do its best and call the init.d script. If no init.d script
exists and init-ng is not being used, we may try to autocreate an
init.d script.
