Next optimization with dependency based boot sequencing and concurrent booting

  Hello,

  does the new "full dependcy based concurrent booting" means use
of /etc/init.d/.depend.* dependancies generated by insserv ? Is it
'startpar' which handles this boot ?
  I also wonder if the concurrent booting can be also enabled
for /etc/rcS.d ?
