New insserv version in the works?

Hi.  Are you working on a new version of insserv these days?  The last
version we got in Debian is version 1.12.0.

If you do, please check out the patches

I've added a few since the last time we synced.  If you decide to
merge some of the patches, please let us know which ones to make it
easier for us to know which patches to drop in the next release.
