[kgb-maintainers] Bug#566004: kgb-bot Init script does not restart the daemon process on 'restart' command

Hi,

a short look at debian/kgb-bot.init, we should just rename:
1. restart -> soft-restart
2. force-restart -> restart
and all should be fine, right?
Or just drop the current restart and do step 2.
