[Letsencrypt-devel] Bug#853068: Please verify upstream release signature

Hi,

I've asked upstream to sign the releases. [1]
I'm attaching a patch which applies against the debian/master branch as
of today, 2017/01/29: It adds the upstream signing key and changes
debian/watch to verify the signature.

Would be great if this patch could be pulled in!
