it's been a while since last post in this mailing list, alioth crash
erased 2 out of three accounts, some dirs still have world-writable
permissions, no activities exist any more...

basically we never did anything and still we're facing a new start..
funny!


now let's get to licre and it's real purpose:

I suggest starting from some simple tasks and evolving to more complex
ones as the project grows (if it'll ever grow) :P

- - provide desktop-optimized kernels: what I mean here is
stock debian and/or vanilla kernels, modified for low-latency desktop
use, so one doesn't have to compile its own to get the most out of his
daily desktop experience

- - provide vanilla kernels configured in the same way as stock debian
ones, in order to provide ATI users with 3D-acceleration support,
because stock debian kernels don't
