Makefile update

During the installation, the make.lip file must be put at the location
of the LISAAC_DIRECTORY variable.

You should have something like this:

/usr/local/share/lisaac/make.lip
/usr/local/share/lisaac/lib/...
/usr/local/share/lisaac/lib_os/...
/usr/local/share/lisaac/...
