debian package and 0.39_beta thoughts

a 0.39-rc1 is already present in the master branch. So maybe we should merge master and (upstream/stable) to generate a new
package with the right Makefile.
also numbering with three digits is better that this -beta or -rc thing. 0.39 is already a pre release for the 0.40 version ;). It cause problem during the debian process. is 0.39_beta > 0.39-rc1 ???
So I would vote for lisaac-0.39.1.tar.gz

yes the debian one is already there, the pristine-tar would be generated by git-buildpackage.
so no need to generate it for me :)
