To me, it sounds elementary. Fast and Smart are two very simplistic words that don't have the pizazz as "Lisac. Simply Powerful." Think of an automobile: "Ford: Fast and pretty." Would that make you buy a Ford? 

The phrase "Simply Powerful" has an indepth meaning to it.
