make.lip - autodetect platform?

Hello Lisaac,

  I  was  working with make.lip but I guess I don't understand it yet.
  It seems to not have full Lisaac functionality? I was trying to make
  it   use   SYSTEM_DETECT if the target was blank. That way, it would
  autodetect the platform.

  I  am  working  mainly  in  Windows  and when make.lip is updated it
  causes problems merging make.lip as I've changed it (the only change
  being target = "windows").

  Any thoughts on making it auto detect the platform?
