[meetbot-devel] Upgrading darcs' Repository Format

Hi all,

I get this when fetching the sources from the dev repo

> Fetching a hashed repository would be faster.  Perhaps you could persuade
> the maintainer to run darcs optimize --upgrade with darcs 2.4.0 or higher?

So perhaps we can all persuade Richard to do so :) Not urgent, though,
we can still fetch code with that.
