[meetbot-devel] [Patch] MediaWiki Uploading

I'm attaching a patch which adds MediaWiki uploading capabilities
which will let the MeetBot upload a meeting log and attach that
uploaded file to the wiki entry.

Some other MediaWik-related changes included in the patch are
documentations issues (the URL for the mwsite variable should not have
the protocol or any other slash in it) and a redefinition of the
mwpath which added an mwprefix variable too.

As the number of arguments for MediaWiki posting is quite large, I was
wondering if I should submit a separate manual to explain the whole
posting thing and all the available options and add it into the
Documentation folder.
