-- there is no "Licenses" field in DEP5, so lintian was correct ;)

also, interestingly my verify does warn me

that was with cme 2.021-3  ... installing 2.029-1 which says that 2.026-1 all
dpkg related stuff moved to libconfig-model-dpkg-perl so installing that one as
well... dep5_verify still complains -- so I guess you have even older cme than
I had?
