FWIW:

on a related note -- I thought to check how many people use iqr
.deb packages (do you have any stats Ulysses?).  So I looked into
ubuntu popcon -- unfortunately there is no official historical data, so
I asked

http://ubuntu-popcon.43-1.org/cgi-bin/graph.pl?name=iqr

and got quite weird result :-/ -- steady 65 for years (this
website gathers summary file from popcon.ubuntu since end of 2009)...

Possible explanation could be -- someone installed it across a cluster
(and there was cluster shutdown in Oct 2011 ;) ), and virtually no
new users (participating in popcon) since then.

Also it could be some other iqr altogether (that is another good reason
to get official iqr package to 'reserve the name' ;) )
