[Neurodebian-devel] new package: mwrap

Thank you very much!

I'm going to contact the upstream developer to check the license,
copyright, the current version and the patches I have applied against it.

Moreover, I have been approached by the Debian Octave Group to maintain
the package under its umbrella which I think is a good idea given the
purpose of the package.

So my idea would be to maintain it in the Octave group while providing
the backport patches for NeuroDebian: my labmates need the ubuntu version...
Is it okay for you?
