thats what I believe I have done with the above quoted question. why did you 
mail  pentabarf at penta.debconf.org and what data do you want from pentabarf?

pentabarf is really a (huge) internal database and scraping it is something I 
very suspicous about. There are public representation of some of the data in 
it (eg the various conf schedules) but asking for access to penta sounded to 
me like you want more than that. 

so i asked what do you want exactly. I think thats reasoanble from a DB admin.

To me its not about controversial contributions but about where you get this 
data from.
