[newmaint-site] Event data sources

Hello,

Simó offered to create handmade JSON data of MiniDebConf Barcelona 2014
with different types of contributions: organizer, speaker, video and
volunteer.

I love the idea, and it got me thinking of a data source (say, "DebConf"
or "Video Team") which doesn't get data regularly submitted, but gets a
new big dataset after each event.

Such a data source could present a list of JSON files with all the
datasets submitted so far (2014-fosdem.json, 2014-minidebconf-bcn.json
and so on), and allow to add, remove or rename them.

After each management operation, the files are all read, merged and used
to recreate contribution data for the data source.

Comments? Anyone would like to implement at least the UI part?
