Hello,

I just added this to
https://wiki.debian.org/Teams/FrontDesk/NmSiteDevel:

  Move a process from "assigned" to "interacting" as soon as the AM logs
  something, or as soon as the mailbox archive alias sees an email from
  the AM.

The idea is that once a NM is assigned to an AM, the AM shouldn't bother
to go on the website and click on the "Confirm assignment" shortcut then
click "Update", but they can just send an email to the applicant saying
"hi" and the site will notice.

The current use of the "assigned but not interacting yet" is for Front
Desk: those applications are visible to catch AMs who aren't currently
responding sooner rather than later.
