Hello,

yesterday I've cleaned up the autoassociation code in
contributors/housekeeping.py, and added unit tests.

I have also changed https://contributors.debian.org/contributors/new
to filter out @debian.org accounts and to require a minimum number of
days between the first and last contribution seen.

Today I've implemented backups of users, identifiers and
user<->identifier associations, and merging of foo at alioth and foo at debian
accounts into just a foo at debian account.

Tonight I'll give a talk about Debian Contributors at FROSCON.
