Hello,

I've now added https://contributors.debian.org/contributors/mia that
shows non-emeritus, non-retired DDs that stopped contributing more than
$COUNT days ago.

contributors.debian.org does not know about the status of a person in
nm.debian.org, but nm.debian.org has a public API that I coded long ago
and then forgot, so I had a nice surprise when I was going to implement
it and found that it was already there :)
