Hi,

The wwwcount program is non-free because it may not be distributed
commercially.  This is the relevant line from the license:

"Distribute freely only non-commercial and NO CHANGE archive
composition."

The package is outdated.  One possible way to get this package out of
non-free is using the upstream sources.  It seems that the new version
is Free Software.  

Can someone please have a look at this license and possibly take the
steps to remove this package from non-free?
