Initial Comment:
Patch to resurrect SEC protocol driver, useful for owners of Belkin OmniGuard 3200 UPS.
man page taken from the 1.4.3 release without change. sec.c, sec.h modified from 1.4.3 release to update to 2.X protocol.
Patch is against CVS repository as of (20051219 06:35 UTC) on HEAD branch.

I've already asked Julius to merge both drivers (sec and gamatronic) since it can be done easily without breaking compat.

Julius has so entered the team to handle this task and become the sec driver maintainer.
The patch #303719 replace this
