We are working towards that. 

The plan in my head is when OpenRC 0.13 is out we upload it to sid, and
let it propagate to Jessie.

You are more than welcomed to test it out from experimental, hopefully
on kFreeBSD and Hurd, too. That will help us a lot to figure out the
possible hidden bugs, or otherwise no bugs, to boost our confidence of
introducing OpenRC to a wider audience.

So, why not give it a try now?
