That's in fact where the sheepdog package lived so far:

I wasn't aware it's being moved under team maintenance, that's what
surprised me. That said I'm _happy_ to hand it over to the openstack
team since I wasn't very good at maintaining it.

Thanks for the offer but currently there's not enough free time
