[PKG-Openstack-devel] Migration of packaging development workflow to OpenStack project

Hi,

my point of view:

   - alioth don't have working ACL and review - do we need it?
   - we can have CI without OS infra (and we have Jenkins from Mirantis now)
   - sending first patch to OS gerrit is really __hard__ - you need to be
   member of foundation, sign few forms, create account, ...
   - because pkg- projects in OS infra is OS offical projects, we will get
   free tickets to OS summit :)

BTW: Debian project is thinking about using software for OS infra (gerrit,
zuul, ...) as alioth replacement
