[Parted-edge] Enforcement of code style on bindings repository

Hello,

I've pushed the bindings repository as a full import of what's on
Savannah on libpartedpp project. Since we'll start to work on it I
would like to use this opportunity to enforce the coding style on this
repository.

This repository is small and there's noone forking it so is the best
time to make it. What do you all think about it?
