[Pbuilder-maint] pbuildd script in pbuilder alioth?

I just went ahead and created CVSROOT/pbuilder/pbuildd for now, and I'll let 
you take a look and decide whether you want to incorporate it into the 
pbuilder source package.  (One disadvantage of this is that the scripts/cb/ 
directory will probably need frequent updates -- in fact, since I haven't 
tested those scripts in a few weeks, I'm fairly certain at least some of them 
are already broken.)
