Bug#618959: pdebuild -- --debbuildopts=whatever not propagated to dpkg-buildpackage

Hello,

I cannot see a such phrase in pbuilder(8). In fact, the whole
description does not mention any limitation of its behaviour at all,
misleading the user and causing frustration.
