Yeah, looks like it, thank you (although I can't make much sense of what's
inside the bug report, especially comments from Thorsten Glaser).

In any case, it looks like some operations pre/post build indeed require a
separate environment than the build itself. I didn't read all the comments in
both bugs, sorry, but as I understand it, unsharing the network but having
“full” resolv.conf result in issues at build time in some cases, and this is
why pbuilder stopped updating it everytime?
