Until now I did not know any about Dev_Poll_Reactor so I have to check this.
It should be the same for all reactors.
I'm now fighting a little bit with MakeProjectCreator for TAO but I hope to
solve the problems soon.

Additional note. If we create a libTAO-XtReactor package there will also be
a libTAO-XtReactor-dev package too.

Do we support /usr/lib/pkgconfig/*.pc today (or someday in the future) ?
