to register to the pkg-ace-devel mailing list (1) where we discuss
Debian ACE+TAO packages.

Pau (see mailing list archives) also started working on packaging a
more recent version of ACE+TAO. You may want to share the workload and
avoid redundant work.

What was agreed upon a while ago:
  - switch back to traditional method for compilation. autotools method
    is not mature enough and too time consuming
  - disable Doxygen search (see #562164); it makes -doc package way too
    big
