Hi,

  I committed two auxiliary  revisions:
    - fixing the problem with 2nd pass mpc generation (mwc.pl was
patched after 1st pass :) )
    - moving IDL files into /usr/share/idl folder.

It seems it is more work than I expected, namely it is not enough to
modify ACE_DLL_Handle::get_dll_names at DLL_Manager.cpp:396. I suppose
that necessary
changes have to be discussed on ace-users first.

I verified, that only libtao-orbsvcs-dev lacks few IDLS:
   ./orbsvcs/ATLAS.idl
   ./orbsvcs/RTCosScheduling.idl
   ./orbsvcs/SecurityAdmin.idl
   ./orbsvcs/SecurityReplaceable.idl
   ./orbsvcs/SL3CSI.idl
   ./orbsvcs/SL3TCPIP.idl
   ./orbsvcs/SL3TLS.idl
However these files are not compiled anywhere in TAO, thus I suppose
we may safely skip them. Johhny, do you know if shall add them to
libtao-orbsvcs-dev package?
