 o headers are installed in /usr/include:
   - /usr/include/ace
   - /usr/include/tao
   - /usr/include/orbsvcs
   - /usr/include/ACEXML
   - /usr/include/Kokyu
 o convenient symlinks provided under /usr/lib/ace:
   - /usr/lib/ace/ace -> /usr/include/ace
   - /usr/lib/ace/ACEXML -> /usr/include/ACEXML
   - /usr/lib/ace/Kokyu -> /usr/include/Kokyu
 o .pc files installed under /usr/lib/pkgconfig
 o .idl and .pidl are installed under:
   - /usr/share/idl/tao and
   - /usr/share/idl/orbsvcs

I don't see a reason to change this now.

I just discovered about protocols/INet. It's available in ACE since
version 5.8.0. Do we need to package it? It's not installed for now.
