Sorry, that was a typo. I meant to say

  verbose=3

which you are aware of, I'm sure ;-).

Specifying --config is an error? That doesn't make sense.

I'll try it again. The first time I tried it, it ran for hours and
reported too many benign changes. That's why I got rid of it. I have my
config file tuned so that it doesn't send me any mail most days.
