The package exists, it's just not in Debian.  I'm not convinced that
Debian is the place to distribute 3rd party keyring packages in.
Obviously there is at least some precedence to the contrary, even is
they are all more debianish than a tpo repo would be.

Please raise the issue on -devel.  If you find consensus there for
uploading other sites' keyrings I will reconsider uploading the package
to Debian.
