Thanks for your bug report. Could you please try to give a little more
detail:

* Which update is it you are trying to do? The automatic one induced by
the package itself?
* Did it work before or is this a fresh install?
* By default, tbl updates over Tor, could you try if updating without
Tor works? In order to do so, run torbrowser-launcher --settings
* Can you run torbrowser-launcher from a terminal and send us the output
please?
* Do you use AppArmor?
