Yes, 5.0.3

Yes, it worked before, but after 

rm -fr .config/torbrowser .cache/torbrowser

and reinstalling nothing changed.

With this option it works even over tor. After successful update it
works in any way. But after restarting without --setting option it
was updated from 5.0 to 5.0.3 again. Eventually it works.
