Yes, I can, after having to reboot twice because Fluxbox locked up my
system.  The main and equalizer windows flicker when they get or lose
focus.  For an instant I can see the windows under them.  This is not
because of any bug in Audacious.  It is apparently because of how
Fluxbox handles windows that use X11's shape extension.  Same thing
happens with MPlayer's "gmplayer" interface.
