[pkg-bioc] how to proceed?

Correct. That is a half-sore spot as all (!!) R packages violate the FHS by
putting everything under /usr/lib/R -- parts should be in /usr/share/R.
I sure some Debian redneck will flame us for that one day, but til then, we
will keep it simple.
