| Hi Rafael, this is good news, many thanks!

| I just completed a compilation of BioConductor with cran2deb ... not
| bioc2deb. It is certainly too early to announce things, nevertheless,
Sounds intriguing, and you did it without using repostools -- i.e. by reading
all the BioC package description from the directory as for CRAN?
| the most often complaint of a non-working Rgraphviz is an issue of the
| past for Debian:
|
| library(Rgraphviz)
| example(randomGraph)
| plot(g1)
|
| Yeah! I just do not know how to get /usr/lib/graphviz into
| /etc/ld.so.conf automagically. Any ideas from your sides? It is rather a
| problem of graphviz than of us, whatever.
I can't recall what I did to make that work for Quantian a year ago. Either
ld.so.conf as Rafael suggest, or (more likely) rpath settings...
| The packages that do not work are mostly because of the missing data
| repositories. I suggest to have KEGG and GO at least. I improved the
| packaging for bioc during the compilations, so early packages have no
| descriptions/dependencies and should/will be redone. The famous ones
| should all be OKish.

Good stuff.
How "close" are we to be able to run something like this on a weekly basis, say?
