[pkg-bioc] cran2deb.pl error on gmodels

This is implemented in David's r_pkg_prepare script, in theory at least. Or 
was it r_pkg_update? What I could imagine is that Egon made his last call to 
prepare such a long time ago, that the rename of the packages from gregmisc 
to gmodel went unnoticed by the system.
