Well some step in r_pkg_prepare are more or less obsolete now, as I am able 
to do them in perl with libapt-perl.
I will, over the week-end, do a reclean on some local change and submit them,
and do some clean-polish on part of the code, to use libapt-perl, and dump old
code. Should be cleaner and more logic after that.

I wrote to the mailing-list some time ago the function of each step (and
pasted it on the wiki).

I am totally over-stress, but will try to have a deep look and may be readd
some comment in the code source (week-end program).
