* generate from the official debian mirror, the alreadyindebian.out files 
  that we could load directly in cran2deb.pl for 
  alreadyindebian{BIOC,CRAN,OMEGAHAT}
* added a --apt-only flags for just generating the previous files, the --update-*
and --create-* automatically create it.
