* added the autoload of the file alreadyindebian.out for loading the variables
 @alreadyindebian{BIOC,CRAN,OMEGAHAT}. If the files is not fount, an error is print,
 and the old hardcode variables are used. May in the future moved all the code in this 
 script cran2deb.pl directly.
* commented a @debianpkgs and referenced lines, as they are not used.
